Key Responsibilities :
End to End Recruitment
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media
and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor) and Various
Job portals
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job
boards and internall
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
Send JD and company profile through emails and answer queries about
compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of
hire
Present the candidates to the client, get feedback and ensure that the position is filled
and finalized with the right candidate within the client’s budget and deadline.
Achieve the weekly and monthly metrics in order to successfully close the monthly target.
The role is target-oriented with strict KPIs set on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
