How you make a difference:
Business Process Analysis:
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
SAP Solution Design:
Design SAP solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Configure SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
Create functional specifications and documentation.
Project Management:
Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with project teams and ensure project goals are met.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP system issues.
Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
What you bring to the table:
User Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on SAP functionalities.
Offer ongoing support and assistance to users.
Address user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends.
Recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations and processes.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and system integrity.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
Minimum of 8 – 10 years of work experience as an SAP Business Analyst or in a similar role
Demonstrate extensive knowledge and expertise within one or more functional areas and has working knowledge of other SAP functional areas
SAP certification is a plus

Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills; able to work across business lines at senior levels to influence, instill confidence and effect change to achieve common goals and demonstrate the business value of IT
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) and their integration
Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization
Project management skills with a track record of successful SAP implementations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of industry best practices and SAP updates
Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
Ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present to Sr. Management
Good time management and organizational skills
