Description

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on analyzing large datasets. Expertise in Teradata SQL and BTEQ for data querying and manipulation. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting. Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, with experience working on AWS native services. Experience with CloudWatch and Lambda is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Must be located in Atlanta and available to work in-office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and outliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs. Develop and optimize SQL queries using Teradata SQL and BTEQ for efficient data extraction and manipulation. Utilize Python for data processing, transformation, and statistical analysis. Analyze data pipelines and processes, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Create and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making. Work with business stakeholders to document and explain findings.
