Core Responsibilities
Manage the Business expectations in terms of Quality and timely delivery
Work with internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Should have managed projects for 2-3 years & should have exposure to Change Management
Strong coordination and cross team collaboration skills
Manage the stakeholders in documenting future business requirements and defining suitable application solutions in alignment with the EO’s organizational goals and best business practices
Manage the implementations and improvements of SAP Plant Maintenance, Equipment and Tools Management as well as Document Management System throughout the entire lifecycle of the application (Project Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go live and Support)
Knowledge in designing SAP non standard developments and applications e.g. interfaces and additional procurement processes related to the construction industry.

PM Master Data Process and configuration
Reactive Maintenance Process & Configuration
Preventative Maintenance Process & Configuration
Corrective Maintenance Process & Configuration
Timesheet for Work order Process & Configuration
Material planning for work order process & Configuration
Integration process knowledge to FI/CO, HCM, MM and PS and configuration
The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP DMS have to be covered:
DMS management process and configuration (Document Type Configuration)
Workflow concept & process
The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP ETM have to be covered:
ETM Master Data Process (Fleet & Recipient) and configuration
ETM request, planning port and shipping document process and configuration
BPE – based performance equipment
SD orders, settlement process and billing document process and configuration.
Integration process knowledge to FI/CO, PS, ETM and PM as well as configuration
Knowledge about the procurement process in SAP MM
Designing SAP non standard developments and applications e.g. interfaces and additional facility management processes related to the facility management & construction industry.
Working closely with all business stakeholders (internal and external) defining requirements and providing functional solutions. This will include the preparation of master data and extraction of transactional data from various systems, definition of user roles and authorizations, developing report layouts, creating end user documentation and training curriculum, and working with the necessary stakeholders to conduct end user training (all where applicable)
Responsible for all primary support & further enhancement of the Plant Maintenance, Equipment and Tools Management and Document Management applications. This will involve liaison with the affected business parties in the resolution of such issues and further streamline business process by implementing business process enhancements. This activity may require extensive forms of communication with both internal and external business partners
Focus on the core SAP application assigned to them, but not limited to that skill set. Additional SAP functional applications may be assigned that are aligned with the core skill set and therefore cross skilling in other functional areas is expected and encouraged
Self- Management Responsibilities
Agree on the performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager
Take personal initiative and strive to achieve high levels of proficiency on all the tasks to be performed as a part of the role
Actively seek inputs from superiors and peers, to identify opportunities for improving own performance and developing own capability
Identify the training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the reporting manager
Educational Qualifications
B.Sc.- Information Technology or equivalent, or higher, and
Major in Operations Management, or equivalent
SAP Certification in the core functional module (PM or other)
Years Of Experience
6-8 years’ experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, Equipment & Tools Management and Document Management applications and implementations
3-5 full cycle implementations
2–3 years in a core function management role (preferably Plant Maintenance), or
2-3 years as an applicable functional area team lead
