A tech-forward outsourcing company specializing in supporting the US mortgage, insurance, and banking industries. Essential Job Functions: Person should be a Data Scientists with strong exposure to Python + NLP + Client + AWS with at least 6+ years of relevant experience and 6 to 8 years of total work experience. Proficient in Python. Designing OCR based solutions, Text Extraction, Table Detection and Extraction. Should be able to Train and Fine-Tune Transformer and LLM models Prior experience with Document Digitization is a plus. Using effective text representation techniques and classification algorithms Designing and developing NLP applications. Hands-on experience with MongoDB AWS Technical knowledge in Sagemaker, S3, EC2, ECS, ECR, CloudWatch, SNS/SQS, Lambda, MQ, etc. Hands on familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, LlamaIndex, LangChain, Pytorch, Accelerate, ScikitLearn etc. Hands-on experience on Git/GitHub. Hands-on experience with Docker. Experience with modern DevOps pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / AWS Code Pipeline). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving & Debugging skills. Test Driven Development.
