Job Title: ======== SAP HCM Senior Consultant x3 Job Location: (Multiple) ========= Dubai - UAE Riyadh - Saudi Doha - Qatar Type of Job: ========== Work from office Salary per annum: =============== USD $3000 - $5000 Full Tax Free USA Dollars - Depending on Experience Project duration: 1-2 Years Experience needed: 5 Years or above Qualification: BTech/MTech/MCA/MSc IT or any equivalent Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end implementation projects of SAP HCM solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Provide expert guidance and support in SAP HCM module areas such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyze existing HR processes, and recommend optimal solutions leveraging SAP HCM capabilities. Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards. Conduct regular system assessments, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP technical developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives. Qualifications: 5 years or above of experience in SAP HCM consulting, with a proven track record of successful implementations and project delivery. Expertise in SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. Strong project management skills, with experience leading full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation projects. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language and familiarity with SAP Fiori and NetWeaver technologies. SAP certification(s) in relevant areas such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HCM or equivalent are added advantage. Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
