Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP HCM Project Manager to lead and manage SAP HCM implementation and upgrade projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring the project aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage project budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Implementation and Execution:
Lead the implementation and integration of SAP HCM and Success factor modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, etc.).
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM solutions.
Oversee the customization and configuration of SAP HCM modules to meet specific business needs.
Team Leadership:
Manage project team members, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring accountability.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and ensure project continuity.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
SAP HCM certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP HCM project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing SAP HCM implementation and upgrade projects.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and integration points with other SAP modules.
