Requirement:
IS Functional Analysts in SAP ABAP & HCM (Techno-Functional).
5-8 years of relevant experience in ABAP-HR with basic HCM Functional Knowledge
(PA/OM/Time/Payroll) and some integration experience (Success Factors or CPI or JD Edwards,
etc.)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
• Contributing to technical and business process or data expertise to support ongoing operations,
projects or new software and providing resolutions and solutions from performing numerous
tests, investigations and analyses on all applications i
issues
• Providing enhancements to all applications and providing support to all third-party software
tools.
• Developing and analyzing functional specifications, documents requirements and preparing
wireframes or flowcharts and analyzing and decomposing requirements
• Integrating multiple systems and reconciling needs of different team and providing in-depth
knowledge, advice and training to resolve all IT issue, including technical training to all new
employees on IT procedures and processes.
• Collaborating with IS Service Manager and Business Process Specialist to estimate the effort for
IS solution or services development, change requests and releases (Post go-Live)
• Building, designing, examining and implementing well organized and structured IT applications
to meet business needs
• Assisting in the installation, management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services
• Managing relationships with stakeholders in both IS and the business to define solutions and
building effective two-way communication to understand and managing expectations or
requirements and gathering feedback to continually improve
systems and maintaining customer satisfaction
Background:
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Management, HR or related
discipline
2. Minimum 8+ years of experience in ERP is required Strong functional and configuration skills in
all areas of the HR/HCM modules in a consulting environment in various industries
3. Experience with integration technologies (web services, XML, SOAMANAGER, OData etc.)
4. Experience in support testing and data migration experience as well as drafting of functional
specifications for reports, interface, enhancement, forms, etc. (RICEF)
5. Technical debugging skills in all areas of the ABAP workbench List, interactive and ALV reporting
BAPIs and BDC scripts
6. SAP script and SMART Forms
7. Excellent knowledge of ABAP Debugging, SAP Code inspector and other SAP standard tools with
respect to development
8. SAP HCM or SAP ABAP certification is required
9. Good Experience using ABAP/4 Workbench Tools, reporting, customization, conversion and data
extraction
