The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SD modules and processes, with a strong ability to adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems. Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Adapt and apply existing methods to develop possible alternative solutions for moderately complex problems. Strategic Alignment: Understand the strategic direction set by senior management and align team goals accordingly. Judgment and Guidance: Use considerable judgment to determine the best solution and seek guidance on more complex issues. Interaction: Primarily interact with your direct supervisor. May also interact with peers, management levels at the client site, or within Accenture. Decision Making: Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance. Your decisions will often impact the team you reside in. Team Management: Manage small teams and/or work efforts, whether in a client-facing role or within the office. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP SD. Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD modules and processes. Judgment: Strong decision-making abilities and considerable judgment. Communication: Excellent communication skills for upward interaction and team management.
