Purpose of the Job Functional Support in SAP - PP ( Production Planning), QM (Quality Management) & PLM ( Product Lifecycle Management) Testing of new Customized / Installed processes as per BIBA Policy/Processes. Training of SAP PP & QM to End Users Role & responsibilities : Understanding & Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) QM modules and MRP Run cycles Should have clear understanding of Master Data Management in Fashion Should have clear understanding on Vendor Master Data Management Knowledge of SAP Fashion Vertical, Product Lifecycle Management Tools will be an added advantage. Must have at least 1 implementation experience in PP and at HANA Understanding of third party interfaces, IDocs and integration Strong project documentation such as AS-IS, TO-BE/BBP, Functional Specifications, KDS etc. Must understand users requirements and build solutions Should be able to work with the Technical team for custom solutions Excellent client interactions & handling Excellent communication & presentation skills Understanding of master data and cut over data for go-live, must have done cut-over independently Integration and basic Knowledge of other modules like FI/WM/QM People Management Responsibilities Training the End User and Timely mitigation of business process challenges Key Behavioral competencies required to perform this role - Essential 1. Communication 2. Customer Focus 3. Problem solving / analytical skills - Desirable 1. Attention to details 2. Initiative 3. Results focused Key Technical competencies required to perform this role - Essential 1. In-depth knowledge of SAP Applications and its architecture. 2. Testing of new modules / process. 3. User training. - Desirable 1. Knowledge Of Other SAP Modules e.g MM, QM, SD, WM, FI,CO 2. Identify & Implement the Checks and controls in SAP. Key Performance Indicators - Ensure resolution of queries / errors as per TAT The candidate would have to interact and manage the following stakeholders -Interaction with application users In order to be considered for the role the ideal candidate should have: Full time B.Tech or MCA will be preferred, No Correspondence Qualification will be entertained.
