Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource talent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, attendance management, and implementation of HR policies. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Role & responsibilities
Recruitment:
Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and job advertisements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.
Attendance Management:
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Monitor and track attendance patterns and trends.
Address attendance-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Work closely with supervisors to ensure adherence to attendance and leave policies and procedures.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure compliance.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Facilitate resolution of employee conflicts or grievances.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
Monitor employee training progress and track completion.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR coordination or administration role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Nutraceutical and Pharma experience is a plus.
