Role and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data for analysis and insights. Develop and automate data cleaning, transformation, and preparation processes to ensure data quality and consistency. Integrate data from various sources to create a unified view of our IT infrastructure and applications. Leverage big data technologies like Kafka to handle large data volumes efficiently. Implement data security measures to safeguard sensitive information. Create and maintain documentation for data processes, data flows, and system configurations. Continuously monitor and optimize data pipelines and systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. To be successful, you'll need: 2+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, and SQL. 2+ years of experience with ETL tools and database management (relational and non-relational). 2+ years of experience with data modeling techniques and tools for designing efficient data structures. Strong skills in data quality assessment, cleansing, and validation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. A meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Bonus points if you have: Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse). Experience with PySpark and Data-bricks.
