Key Responsibilities:
Data Sourcing and Collection:
Identify and gather data from multiple sources, including internal databases, external repositories, and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the acquisition of relevant and accurate data.
Data Mining and Customer Analysis:
Conduct in-depth data mining to extract valuable information related to customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights that contribute to business growth.
Report Generation:
Generate comprehensive and visually appealing reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Communicate complex data analysis results clearly and understandably to the Owner/Director.
Lead Funnelling and Strategy Development:
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to funnel leads based on data-driven insights.
Contribute to the development of strategies for customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of collected data through rigorous quality assurance processes.
Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to address data quality issues and enhance data integrity.
