Job Description • Knowledge of medical, institutional and pharmacy/drug claim data and elements (HEDIS, ECQM and / or First Data Bank-FDB). • Ability to lead meetings with OH Medicaid and Client stakeholders including Product Engineering and Data teams. • 5+ years of experience in supporting complex data science projects from requirements through design, development, testing and production. • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks) to share ongoing insights. • Firsthand healthcare industry experience with data & languages such as e.g., SQL, Python, R, and SAS using Databricks solutions within the cloud (AWS or Azure).

Role and Responsibilities

• Additional Skills/ Experience: • Computer Science Degree: Statistics, Informatics, or another quantitative field. • Advance degree in Data Science is preferred. • Experience leading meetings which include stakeholder including Clients, Product, Data, and Design and discuss data analytics. • Experience using Databricks solutions within the cloud (AWS or Azure). • 2+ years of industry experience in Data Science/Machine Learning as a data scientist/technical lead developing ML models with a business impact. • Experience with enhanced reporting and analysis solutions that leverage complex data sources derived from multiple internal systems. • Experience working with AWS cloud services: EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift and Glacier/Archival.
