Job Description Job Title :-Senior Data Analyst Location:- Open For 100% Remote Job Duration:- 5+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities: Empowerment through Insights: Provide high-quality and timely reporting, analyses, and actionable insights to empower leaders and organizations. Distill insights from large and complex datasets, connecting disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative and analytical thinking. Dashboard Development and Automation: Design, develop, and automate self-service dashboards and analytics solutions for Business Leaders and Managers at scale. Create executive-level dashboards in Tableau and Workday. Workday Reporting Excellence: Lead the development and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards and discovery boards Build and deliver dashboards and reports for recurring reporting needs, including MBR, QBR, and other business milestones. Orchestrate expert-level data visualizations and presentations meaningful to business partners. Collaboration and Inclusivity: Enable leaders with insights to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. Serve as a thought leader internally with People team COEs, delivering analytics and insights across all People COEs. Innovation and Strategic Use of Data: Continually develop new models and methods for intuitive reporting solutions. Drive the strategic use of data to enhance the value of the People Analytics function. Be disruptive in your space by finding creative ways to provide innovative solutions despite limited data resources. Skills Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Social Science, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience within a People Analytics function. 5+ years of Workday experience, including advanced reporting and calculated fields. 2+ years of experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Workday Prism. Solid experience with regression analysis and other statistical modeling techniques. Hands-on experience with data warehouses, SQL, Alteryx, and Python, as well as the ability to query, join, and transform data from multiple sources. Experience owning complex projects involving cross-functional teams. Proven experience in managing relationships with clients and addressing audiences at different levels.
