Job Description We have an opportunity for a ServiceNow Program Manager to join our talented ServiceNow implementation practice supporting US Federal customers. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their ability to perform with agility and act with an understanding of the importance of the customer’s mission--delivering value by managing dynamic environments, objectives, and priorities. The successful candidate will work with customers and the delivery team to lead the ongoing implementation and operations of enterprise wide ServiceNow solutions for our federal customers. The successful candidate can effectively provide strategic and tactical support to clients, support multiple efforts simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities Accountable for management, oversight, and coordination of the entire scope of a project, as well as the successful completion of all contractual deliverables. Manages an agile project from initiation to delivery and support, including but not limited to meeting with project stakeholders to capture requirements, developing and managing a backlog, managing project documentation and deliverables, overseeing agile sprint ceremonies, managing team performance and quality, and updating status reports. Works with a delivery team to estimate, plan, and execute all assigned tasks. Serves as a scrum master in an Agile software development environment Assesses, monitors, and mitigates project risk. Implementing ServiceNow SPM and Proven Optics for customers. Prepares and presents client-facing and internal artifacts and deliverables that are technology-related. Communicates complex ideas with stakeholders and builds collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders. Provides feedback and guides work performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in related technical discipline, and six (6) years of Project Management experience Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements. Preferred Certified Project Management Professional (preferred) Experience with IT Portfolio Management and Federal CPIC processes a plus Experience with ServiceNow SPM and Proven Optics a plus Agile/Scrum related certifications (preferred) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)
