Ability to build models on large datasets, utilizing both Python and R. To be team orientated and focused on delivering quality products to our clients. To have a good understanding of predictive modelling techniques, with the ability to adapt quickly to advancements made within the team. To be comfortable with data preparation including basic ETL processes. Must be able to interpret insights in a way that is easily communicated to our clients. Be proficient in using SQL and writing scalable queries. Knowledge of working with Hadoop and Spark would be of benefit but not essential as training will be provided. Job Responsibilities: Develops predictive models for customers utilizing a variety of statistical and machine learning algorithms. Holds responsibility for projects of a moderate degree of complexity. Executes all stages of model development and delivery, including data definition, sampling, pre-processing, feature selection, model generation, and validation and support or production model release. Validates and prepares data for model development, performs exploratory data analysis and data cleaning on large datasets and queries and visualizes data with a variety of tools. Works with a team of scientists and engineers responsible for the development and deployment of the state-of-the-art predictive models for a variety of financial applications. This includes the design, development and deployment of statistical predictive models. Perform other duties as assigned Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Understands and complies with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to their responsibilities. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s degree required, in Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics, Maths (accompanied with a math/software qualification) or related field.
