Job description PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE: The SAP Ariba Supplier Management Product is a unique supplier lifecycle management for suppliers. Its capabilities are integrated with procurement processes to help drive spend to preferred suppliers and scale compliance for entire supply base. We are looking for experienced developers to drive the design and implementation of next generation functionality of SAP Ariba Supplier Management Product. EXPECTATION AND TASKS: You will be member of the core Ariba Supplier Management Product team in Bangalore, SAP Ariba. Your role will be to Write design specifications, and subsequently implement and unit test the software Work closely with solution managers, architects, user interaction designers, and QA engineers. Assist in customer adoption of new features WORK EXPERIENCE: One to Three years of experience in designing and coding web-based applications Working knowledge at least one MVC framework Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, data structures, design patterns and architecture principles Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications, change management principles EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS B.E or MS in computer science with minimum Three years of Software Enterprise Development or equivalent. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Solid command of OOD principles with skills in core Java. Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE and REST based Web services. Basic UNIX/Linux knowledge Experience in Enterprise web applications. Ability to understand problems in software, debug and fix Experience in any one UI Based technology like Angular JS or Spring Boot is a plus Experience in tools such as JIRA for bugs.
