Description

Description We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our AI initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams in the service industry to design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions. This role involves a high level of collaboration, technical leadership, and an understanding of advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate these into actionable data and modeling recommendations. Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding and mentoring development teams, data scientists, and engineers. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, data science, cloud computing, and related technologies. Promote a positive team culture that fosters open communication among all team members. Participate in the creation and rollout of training, and identify ways for your team to improve our clients and communities. Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business. Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries. Implement best practices for AI solution development, deployment, and maintenance. Use programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, etc. Work with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Requirements Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Strong knowledge in Apache Spark, Database, and Data Science. Familiarity with EO/IR systems, HDFS, and Algorithm Implementation. Proficiency in Analytics, Apache Hadoop, AWS Technologies, and Cluster Analysis. Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports. Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field. Experience in data mining and predictive modeling. Advanced proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
