Core Responsibilities:
Provide support to consultant team to identify business needs and requirements of clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to create short- and long-term plans, set targets for milestones, and meet deadlines
Gather and analyze information to assist with developing project plans and client deliverables
Create client materials such as agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations to present information in a clear and concise manner
Monitor and track project progress
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and project teams
Support the development and implementation of healthcare solutions, including process improvement, technology adoption, and change management
Tier 1 -3 help desk support for LIMDU SMART (Limited Duty Sailor and Marine Readiness Tracker) application
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience gathering data and creating presentations required
Ability to collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
