Role Objective: To ensure the smooth operation, administration, and optimization of Metalman Autos SAP systems, including SAP Basis, NetWeaver, Fiori, and ABAP Application servers, with a focus on maintaining system performance, executing upgrades, and supporting business processes within an SAP S/4HANA environment. Role & responsibilities SAP System Administration: Oversee SAP Basis, NetWeaver, Fiori, and ABAP application server monitoring and administration to ensure system availability and performance. SAP S/4HANA Environment Management: Manage and maintain the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring system integrity and efficiency. BPC System Configuration and Upgrades: Implement and manage BPC system configurations, upgrades, and installations. Performance Tuning and Backup: Perform regular system backups and optimize system performance through proactive tuning and issue resolution. Migration Activities: Plan and execute SAP system migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business requirements. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP processes, procedures, and plans, including changes, upgrades, and new services. Travel: Travel to plant locations as needed to support system maintenance and upgrades. Performance Measures / Key Results: System Uptime: Maintain a high level of system availability and minimize downtime. Performance Metrics: Achieve optimal system performance metrics and promptly resolve performance issues. Upgrade and Migration Success: Successfully complete system upgrades and migrations within the scheduled timeframe and with minimal disruption. Documentation Quality: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for all SAP processes and changes. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders through effective communication and support. Compliance and Security: Ensure SAP systems comply with internal and external security standards and policies. Desired Qualification & Experience: Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, including NetWeaver, Fiori, and ABAP application server management. Working - 6 days Working ( 1st & 3rd saturday Off ) & Work from Office only. Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing SAP S/4HANA environments and hands-on experience with BPC system configuration, upgrades, and installations. Problem-Solving: Expertise in investigating and resolving system performance issues. Documentation: Strong ability to document SAP processes, procedures, and plans accurately. Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to plant locations as required. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
