The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience with a strong background in SAP Basis administration, including experience with S/4 HANA implementation and support projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead migration activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP Basis team in all aspects of system administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems. Oversee S/4 HANA implementation and support projects, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Plan and execute migration activities, including system upgrades, database migrations, and platform migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical requirements and business objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients and internal teams. Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
