Must-Have Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field 10 years of SAP BASIS Administration experience Advanced knowledge of OpenText products and solutions. Advanced knowledge of SAP ABAP and Java system administration Advanced knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA database systems Deep understanding of systems and information architecture Knowledge and experience working on global enterprise systems Ability to contribute to the development and delivery of technology roadmaps aligned to Pfizer Digital strategies Strong analytical and problem resolution skills Strong communication and presentation skills Fluency in English Strong interpersonal skills and experience working within a team environment across business functions to influence a desired outcome Good stakeholder relationship management skills Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values Strong knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work nights and weekends to implement systemic changes with a minimum of impact to business operations.
