Job description HR Executive (HR) I, Role (HRE) • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews • Screening of Profiles. • Scheduling of Interviews. • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc) II, Skills (HRE) • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or relevant human resources/administrative position • Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) • Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS • Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases • Basic knowledge of labour laws • Excellent organizational skills • Strong communications skills • Degree in Human Resources or related field / MBA HR • Preferably Male Candidates. • Freshers / min 1-year Experience profile.
