Job Title: Sr. SAP HCM Consultant / Lead SAP HCM Consultant Location: Bangalore / Pune/ UAE /Remote Experience: 10+ years in SAP We have Full Time/ Contractual & freelancing Position with us. Position Summary: We are seeking an accomplished SAP Solution Architect with extensive experience across multiple SAP modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing both functional and technical SAP modules, and will excel in integration, migration, support, and rollout projects. This role demands a strategic thinker who can design and deliver SAP solutions that meet our business needs and drive our growth. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive SAP solutions across various modules, including SAP FICO, S4HANA, REFX, SD, MM, ABAP, HCM/SuccessFactors, SCM, BW/BI, SAC, ARIBA, WM, CRM, ABAP Fiori, SAP PS, and BTP. Lead SAP implementation projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, integration techniques, and process optimization. Manage and oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition. Ensure robust support and maintenance of existing SAP systems, troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolutions. Lead rollout projects to expand SAP capabilities to new business units or regions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, integration plans, and user manuals. Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and advancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP solution architecture, with hands-on expertise in multiple SAP modules. Stakeholder and client handling experience is good to have. Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, integrations, migrations, support, and rollouts. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, S4HANA, REFX, SD, MM, ABAP, HCM/SuccessFactors, SCM, BW/BI, SAC, ARIBA, WM, and PP. Strong understanding of SAP integration tools and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
