Role & responsibilities
1) Selection of Candidates from various sources like Naukri, social media, referrals etc.,
2) Short listing the candidates and scrutinise them for the second level of interview by regular follow-up with each department until closure.
3) Issue offer letter and follow up with the candidate for on-boarding process and perform the Background verification for the candidate.
4) Conduct induction and maintain all employee personnel documents.
5) Follow up with region and department for the implementation and evaluationof training and maintain the training documents.
Maintain proper personnel records and produce them promptly during ISO and other audits
