Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Specialist to join our Dermatology Clinic's marketing team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our patient database, optimizing patient engagement strategies, and enhancing overall patient satisfaction through effective CRM strategies and tools. Key Responsibilities: CRM Strategy Development: Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase patient retention, satisfaction, and loyalty. Analyze patient data and insights to segment patients effectively for targeted marketing campaigns. Database Management: Manage and maintain the patient database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. Regularly update patient records with relevant information and interactions. Patient Engagement: Design and execute patient engagement campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, etc.). Create personalized communications and promotions based on patient segmentation and preferences. CRM Tool Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to automate workflows and streamline patient communication. Monitor and optimize CRM system performance to ensure it meets clinic objectives.
