Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the companys goals. Conduct market, product and user research along with competitive analysis to identify pain points and opportunities for product innovation and growth. Team Leadership: Oversee the Product Design Team, ensuring the creation of intuitive, user-friendly designs that meet market needs. Orchestrate and facilitate the UI/UX designers by providing user walkthroughs, wireframes, and references. Lead the Software Engineering Team, prioritising development tasks and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.Able to communicate with Tech, define requirements, articulate the system required in small requirements to major features at ease. Manage the Quality Analyst Team, ensuring rigorous testing and quality assurance processes are in place. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the company's founder to align on product development, strategic goals, and growth initiatives.Conduct discovery sessions, and brainstorm different features or requirements. Breakdown it into executions and experiments. Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project progress and goals. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.?? Product Development and Launch: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from research to ideation, prioritisation, development, release, post-release capacity building and monetizing Defining the business goals, answering the basic questions of, why, who, what and whens of each feature. Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of product features and improvements. Customer Focus: Engage with customers to understand their pain points, identify solutions, prioritise development, generalise the features, and reduce custom development to a minimum. Analyse user data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement. Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product strategy and decision-making. Create OKRs, measure the results, set KPIs and present them regularly to the management team. Prepare and present regular product updates and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
