Role: HR-Associate
Experience: 0-1 Years Experience/Freshers
Role & Responsibilities:
The following list represents the core competencies needed for success in this position.
Responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsible for sourcing, screening, identifying the candidates according to the job description.
Interacting with candidates, doing initial screening.
Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job requirements.
Responsible for scheduling the interviews with candidates who have been shortlisted for the position.
Interacting with the candidates with regards to the interview schedule and taking post interview feedback of the candidates.
Following up with the candidates for the joining formalities after selection and to ensure that the
candidates join the client in the stipulated time.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS.
