Role & responsibilities:- End to end recruitment for IT and Non- IT recruitment Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through an in-house database, using job portals, and referrals. Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement. Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team environment, and client company background. Coordination with the candidates and clients. knowledge in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process completing timely reports on employment Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites Social Media, and Employee references Using different portals to source and screen candidates.
