As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and designing effective and engaging training programs for our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse training needs, design curriculum, develop learning materials, and implement training initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong expertise in instructional design principles, along with a passion for creating dynamic and impactful learning experiences. Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments to determine training needs and gaps Design and develop engaging and interactive training programs, including e-learning modules, videos, and instructor-led materials Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure it is accurate and up to date Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences Utilize various multimedia tools and technologies to enhance training programs Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
