Job Title: HR Executive Location: BeyonData Solutions Private Limited Sarthik-II, 411-412, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Opp. Rajpath Club, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054 Experience: 1 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting various HR functions. This role is split into 70% recruitment and 30% operational and generalist tasks, ensuring a well-rounded HR experience. HR Generalist (30%): Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company. Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Execute and Support in maintaining employee engagement calendar and activities and initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment and generalist HR roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws associated with recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems will be an advantage. Role and Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (70%): I. Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including but not limited to job boards and social media platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Instagram, Company Website etc., expanding the professional networks, and employee referrals. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Timely Post and update job openings on the company's website, job boards, and social media channels to attract qualified candidates. II. Screening and Shortlisting: Review and evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the maximum qualifications. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Shortlist the most suitable candidates and profiles for further evaluation by hiring managers. III. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide candidates with all necessary information regarding the business, roles and responsibilities, interview format, location, and preparation tips. Gather feedback from interviewers through interview assessment sheet and facilitate the decision-making process. IV. Candidate Assessment: Administer and evaluate assessments or tests (if applicable) to gauge candidates' skills and knowledge. Check references and verify candidates' employment history, qualifications, and background information. V. Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to be selected candidates, clearly communicating the terms and conditions of employment. Negotiate offer details such as salary, benefits, and start date to ensure mutual agreement. VI. Onboarding Preparation: Coordinate with the onboarding channel such as IT, Accounts, Admin and Team Manager/Department Head to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Prepare necessary onboarding materials and schedule orientation sessions. Ensure sharing the onboarding schedule to the candidate. VII. Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely updates and feedback. Address any candidate queries or concerns promptly and professionally. VIII. Analytics and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Ensure all required documentation is completed and filed accurately for new hires, including employment contracts, personal documents, hiring documents etc. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
