Deep Dive Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable Office Administrator who will be responsible for organising our company’s day to day requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Keeping and maintaining employee records up to date ( Physical and Digital Records).
Making travel arrangements if required.
Organise, store and print office documents as needed.
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
Order office supplies and also research new deals and suppliers.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintaining the contact list of vendors.
Responsible for maintaining the attendance of the employees.
Directly Reporting to the MD.
Key Skills / Requirements
Decent English Communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise the tasks.
Must have 2 wheeler.
Pleasing personality.
Good time management and negotiation skills
