Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive Experience : 0-1 year Job Location: HSR layout- BANGALORE(Should be willing to work from office) Skills required: Ability to source profiles through job portals(Naukri or other job portals) Hands on with platforms like Linkedin or other social media platforms. Using it in an optimize way to post jobs,source profiles,build networks and connection Role & responsibilities: Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels. Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Perform reference checks as need. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. Manage on-boarding and new hire process. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. Preferred candidate profile : Candidate's english communication skills should be fluent. Should be articulate and be aggressive in closures.
