Description
Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting and lead generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries, generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and other channels, and utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and opportunities
2. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understand client's needs and challenges to effectively position our products or services, and provide personalized demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions
3. Sales process management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts
4. Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with the management to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials, communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of solutions, and provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
1. Bachelor's or masters degree (marketing, HR, sales and marketing, business administration or related field preferred but not mandatory)
2. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot)
7. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about our products and industry trends
8. Market understanding and problem solving techniques.
9. Creating and maintaining CRM (Customer relationship Management) data.
10. Presentation skills
