Provide regular reports on recruitment product activities and outcomes. Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing recruitment. Proven ability to identify top talent across various functions and levels. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
