As a HR Recruitment with 2-5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into valuable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Recruitment Analytics and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities.
Track and analyze recruitment product metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports on recruitment product activities and outcomes.
Education:
MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in IT, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing recruitment.
Proven ability to identify top talent across various functions and levels.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
