JOB DESCRIPTION
As a recruiter at Define Labs, you will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to
fulfill the organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and
department heads to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
● Understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and create job specifications.
● Determine essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each position.
● Attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee
referrals.
● Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing and hiring
processes.
● Identify candidates through online job postings, networking events, job fairs, and
recruitment agencies.
● Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and fit for the
position.
● Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a
seamless process.
● Assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing feedback to hiring managers.
● Negotiate terms and conditions with successful candidates.
● Provide necessary information and support for smooth integration into the organization.
● Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities,
and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelors in CS/IT + MBA in HR
● Experience: Proven experience in volume hiring.
● Technical Knowledge: Strong technical background and knowledge of the Talent
acquisition lifecycle.
