Skill Set Requirement
0-3 years of HR work experience
Good knowledge on HR systems
Should have a high command of Microsoft Office
Basic Industry knowledge
Good understanding of HR concepts
Various HR related software
Background Verification:
To Ensure BGV is initiated and completed for all the new joiners in 2 months from DOJ.
Ensuring the BGV reports are maintained in the Database with a tracker and Updating IT Apps BGV reports in the shared folder.
Onboarding & Employee Induction Effectiveness:
To Ensure Pre-onboarding is effectively implemented in ZOHO Tool.
Onboarding is effectively implemented.
Conducting Induction monthly and updating the induction PPT as and when necessary.
Maintain a positive and cordial relationship with employees.
