Description
Perform technical scoping for new maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with multimedia experts and develop multimedia (videos, pictures, and/or animations) maintenance procedures for service products and applications.
Collaborate with cross-function teams to review and approvals build quality content.
Present project updates and results to management in formal and informal presentations.
Perform hardware / CAD testing for parts and fixtures that facilitate equipment maintenance and provide substantive feedback to engineers.
Test and validate new/updated software applications and features. Identify opportunities to improve applications and work with developers to implement recommendations.
Manage timeline and project logistics for new service products
Eligibility Criteria:
Required Qualifications:
BS or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of Semiconductor industry experience, Preferred in Etch tool maintenance.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and power point.
Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:
Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
Strong interest in and ability to author technical documents.
Understanding of mechanical systems.
Good to have:
VBA, Power shell, Power BI, or similar automation/ coding knowledge is a plus.
Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) a plus.
Experience with 3D animations (Blender, Key shot, Unity) and CAD optimization a plus
