Roles & Responsibilities
1. Finalization of Financial Statement in compliance with Indian GAAP & Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013
2. Filing of Income Tax Returns of Company
3. Need to take care of TDS Payments, Return Filing, Compliances & GST Payments, Return Filing & Compliances
4. ROC Filing & Compliance
5. Book Keeping in compliance with Goods & Service Tax & TDS
6. Assist in the Bank Related Matter Foreign Inward Remittances
7. Prepare Weekly MIS Reporting for Management
8. Need to do Vendor Reconciliations Payments & Billing
9. Assist in month-end accounting, quarterly and annual accounting and management reporting processes for businesses Global specialty
10. Participate in the preparation of various Cost accruals and Balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations.
11. Review the transaction level details for each business and ensure all transactions are recorded under right cost center and allocated properly for management reporting.
12. Prepare quarterly management reporting decks detailing business performance and forecasting for senior leadership
13. Assist in the review of business performance against plans and highlight areas to support better decision making for leadership team
14. Analyzing actual results compared to forecasts and prior year results, ensuring high quality of commentary on monthly financial statements, and using varying analytical techniques and a questioning mindset to ensure monthly reported results are materially accurately stated
15. Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamlining in existing activities, make recommendations on improvements and lead implementation
16. Maintain on boarding plan and help manage workload and development of new members in the team wherever required.
17. Need to visit out of office regarding official work.
18. Need to Handle vendor coordination & admin work.
19. Performing other duties as assigned or required
Required Candidate profile
1. 4+ years of accounting-related work experience, including Indian GAAP accounting, management, financial reporting & advanced excel.
2. Have full knowledge of Company registration
3. Sound analytical and reporting skills; apply critical thinking, apply judgment and make decisions
4. Good management judgment, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interacting with peer group, senior leadership and third-party service providers
6. Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities along with day-to-day responsibilities.
7. Strong work ethics, professional attitude and reliability
8. Immediate joiners would be given priority
