Experience: - 1-3 Years Skills: - SAP HCM Job description HCM  Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly  Protect the Intellectual Property  Adhere to all the policies and procedures  Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support.  Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements  Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects  Positive attitude and zeal to learn is a must requirement.  SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.  Must have knowledge of EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience  Must have knowledge of OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation  ESS, MSS, EP, Travel Management implementation experience will be an added advantage.  Experience of Success factors will be an added advantage.  Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.  Consultant should be well-versed with all the integrated modules like FI  Shall be able to implement Indian Payroll independently  Must have successfully implemented 1+ end to end implementation projects in manufacturing domain.  The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of respective module to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.  Must have working experience on Indian Companies.
