Description
Role Purpose: Support the implementation of transformation projects in the business units Key Accountabilities:
Conducts feasibility study on ground and documents the results
Prepares reports after analyzing the data generated from feasibility studies
Ensures the timely completion of transformation initiatives within the given quality, cost and timelines
Communicating plans, status, and issues to senior level management, and stakeholders as required
Able to take ownership of issues and tasks in order to see an appropriate resolution to them.
Preferred Experience and Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, 3-4 years of experience
