Position: Assistant HR and Operations Manager Job Location: Delhi Years of Experience: 0 to 3 Years About Us: Talf Solar India Pvt Ltd (TSIL) is a mid-size solar developer based in Delhi, promoted by finance and solar industry professionals with over 60 years of high-level infrastructure finance and project development experience between them. TSIL is funded by investors from UK and Germany. TTSIL today has an operational portfolio of 30 MW and another 30 MW under implementation. TSIL has a wide geographical footprint in North India, with projects in Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh. In its 5 years of history since 2018, TSIL has built a deep and experienced team of 37 designers, procurement and project execution engineers, and technicians. TSIL is, and is determined to remain, a values-driven company focused on more than just profits. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Assistance: Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct telephonic interview. 2. Orientation and Onboarding: Assist in planning and coordinating orientation programs for new employees. Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth onboarding process and introduce new hires to company policies and culture. 3. Data Management: Update and maintain employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Generate reports and analyze HR data as required. 4. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Collect and analyze employee feedback to suggest improvements. 5. Administrative Support: Manage and maintain HR documents, records, and files. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related correspondence. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications and Requirements: B. Com Graduated or related field. Good knowledge of Human Resource Management. Good communication skills. Ability to manage a Team. Desire to learn and grow. Conversant with key MS Office applications.
