Role & responsibilities
Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy, legality, and compliance with accounting standards.
Advise on tax planning strategies to optimize financial performance.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Provide financial advice to clients or management on matters such as mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring.
Assist in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized accounting body.
Relevant experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management.
Skills:

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
