Position Overview: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst/MIS Executive responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. The ideal candidate will develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure reliability and efficiency. Design and create Google Forms to capture data according to the needs of various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate data collection requirements into effective Google Forms. Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources to generate reports for management. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by regularly updating and validating data in the system. Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Generate routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide management insights. Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Monitor system performance and implement updates or enhancements as needed. Train and support users on the MIS, ensuring they understand how to input data correctly and utilize reports. Travel between Hi-Tech locations as per management requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in data management and analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Google Sheets & Templates). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other data analysis tools and software. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
