1. People experience.
• Creating and maintaining new policies related to people.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's PE
policies to the employees.
• Keep updating all policies to the employees time to time.
• Keep updated on timely appraisal of employees on an
annual basis.
• Collect data and promptly address / resolve the peoples
concerns / grievances.
• Plan and conduct the relevant engagement activities. (e.g.
Local festival/birthday/farewell celebrations, team outings,
quarterly engagement forums, etc.
2. People development.
• Monitor the execution of planned training for employees.
• Monitor the timely release of performance reports and
incentives to employees.
• Recognize and acknowledge the employees and release
the certificate/rewards timely.
3. People recruitment
• Address the Recruitment needs in an organization.
• Preparing JD and posting on portals/ Campus Recruitments
• Identify suitable/qualified candidates from different
sources to fill the vacancies.
• Interviewing for the screening round.
• Complete all the formalities of employee induction,
onboarding (including Compliances), and relieving.
4. Statutory requirements and compliance with people
• Managing and maintaining the data of employee
Attendance, leaves, bonus, gratuity, etc.
• Maintain personal files for all employees/empanel
resources.
5 Office administrative work
• To address the general office administration work as and
when arise.
• Involve in the CSR activities of the Organization.
6 Developing/acquiring competency to progress in
carrier/profile
• Active participation and feedback in various calls/ training
etc.
• To improve on HR, Administrative, Managerial, soft skills,
etc.
