Role & responsibilities:
Understanding the requirement on manpower from the business and sourcing candidates.
Sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews. Managing Office resources & management.
Business Development process. Assisting in documentation of selected candidates and rest of the on-boarding formalities.
Collecting documents from the selected candidates.
1. Evaluate candidates through job portals & Social networking.
2. Responsible for screening, Interviewing, Selecting, On boarding & Exit formalities.
3. Performing counselling to candidates.
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Requirement: Must have good English communication skills and Presentation Skills.
