About the role: Review patients medical records Should adhere to HIPAA Convert medical records into code as per ICD-10-CM, CPT, PCS, & HCPCS guidelines. Complete daily assign tasks within time with High quality and maintain communications at all levels Report to your Team Leader for escalations. Ensure all Medical records processed correctly.
