JOB TITLE: HR Executive
JOB PURPOSE:
To oversee recruitment, operations, employee engagement and organizational human resources policies. Be a part of HR management team be crucial to the organizations success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
Help in addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
Assist in preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
Managing employee onboarding and separation processes
Helping in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
Help in organising training programs for employees
Maintain HR records
QUALIFICATION:
0.6 months to 2 years experience in recruitment/HR
A Master’s degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS-Office
