Role & responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions, and manage job postings on job boards and social media platforms.
Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and negotiating employment terms.
Manage employee onboarding, including paperwork and planning training and development for new hires.
Maintain and manage accurate employee records, including attendance, leave management, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Address and resolve employee issues to foster a positive work environment.
Handle employee separation processes, including exit interviews and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR activities.
Act as the sole HR professional, managing all HR responsibilities independently.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
Minimum 1 Year of experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
